Dr. Fleetwood/Covington Theological Seminary, Thank you! I have just completed the video series for Th 464 A The Holy Spirit.

Thank you for your trust in God and your earnest desire to teach His word. Your diligence in preparing solid, Biblical, and challenging lessons in an audible and visual format is greatly appreciated. Thank you for saying what the Bible says and providing no alternative to a life of total devotion to our Lord.

I am another one of the lives you have helped to change.

I want to give a huge shout out to Covington Theological Seminary and Bret Sullivan for their ability to show grace and the great biblical focus they have at Covington. I recently had a computer melt-down and lost some school work, to which they were flexible to help me deal with it!
Awesome school, awesome people, glad to be studying there! I would recommend this seminary to any serious bible student.

Brother Bret, what a great time we had at the graduation ceremonies. I am so thankful that the Lord introduced us to one another, fore I can think of no other place on earth that I would rather be at the present time. Jesus Christ pulled me up from the depths of this earthly cesspool which we call home; He then delivered me to Covington's doorstep; and now my mind is being stimulated, while my soul rejoices. My life has been changed and my heart, now, leads the way. Thank you for your commitment and tireless resolve in preparing me for my journey with God. I certainly realize that my journey will not be an easy one, however, it will be one of glorification because my justification has already been attained through the everlasting Grace of my Savior, Jesus Christ. I love you all and I look forward to August 31, when I can get back to enriching my mind. Skip Poole

I just finished up four courses for the Th.D. Thanks for all your help! After going to UAB, JSU and attending UA for Ed.D at the present time, I think a lot more of Covington Theological Seminary and have learned more through the distance learning program than I did at the state colleges (and I am typically an A, with some B student, however here I can only make a B so far).

Covington was a blessing to me in my personal life and in the ministry that the Lord called me to. The professors were tremendous with a sincere love for the students' education. I received my Associates, Bachelors, and Masters from Covington. I would highly recommend Covington to anyone who wants a tremendous Biblical education and a desire for a deeper relationship with God.

I just completed my 26th year in pastoral ministry. I attended Covington in 2000 for Bachelors and 2001 for my Masters. I received my Doctorate in Religious Ed in 2002. I was bi-vocational and could not afford to quit my job to attend seminary. Covington was suggested to me by a preacher friend. It was a lot of work going through each book and answering all the questions but at the end I was proud to say I was a graduate of such a fine school. During the three graduations my wife and I attended, we were always made to feel welcomed and appreciated. I used to feel I had to defend my education against some of my fellow pastor friends of Southern Baptist seminaries but I have come to realize my success of 26 years pastoring and having served only two churches speaks volumes of the training I received in comparison to their average service of 3-5 years at any given church. Thanks for caring enough about us old preacher boys to provide the training you knew we would need in carrying out the Lord's work. God bless

Covington is a place where I found a one-on-one discipleship with men of God that not only know the Word of God, but also know the God of the Word and live a life stile not perfectly but transparently and purposefully for the Glory of God. At Covington I was also challenge to grow in my relationship with the Lord, knowing that even-though book work was a requirement, knowing God was a demand.

Currently in masters program. When I was called into ministry later in life, I also knew that my call necessitated preparation. I began the process of evaluating options based on four criteria: Biblically faithful, focused on preparing me for ministry, distance based, and affordable. Through much prayer I felt a strong indication that CTS was the place for me.

CTS has, through the guiding of the Holy Spirit, been building a house upon the foundation I presented to them. This has been done by instruction that requires a Bible in hand as well as a textbook.

As far as aiding my ministry, coursework bleeds over into my preaching and ministry. There has been a genuine concern for my ministry rather than just building a resume so that my focus is on my church and not the next "big" church.

Being bivocational with a family the distance learning program has been a blessing. Course work is done late at night when the girls are in bed, but at least I have this option.

Lastly, CTS has allowed me to continue my education without putting my family in financial hardship.

I highly recommend CTS!
